Guild Beauty Therapist
The Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists is the trade body for
the UK's professional Beauty Clinics. Members of The Guild are
highly skilled beauty professionals who can provide unbiased advice
on all aspects of beauty therapy. When you see the Guild Badge, you
can be confident that you are in safe hands.
Our members are kept up to date with new products and the latest
treatments through our regular magazine. Professional beauty clinics
use products that are specially formulated for more specific
conditions. These differ from the products that are generally
available from chemists and retail outlets for direct sale to the
public and are formulated to treat a wider range of skin types. Your
Beauty Therapist will have been fully trained for the products that
she uses, and so is able to provide you with a beauty programme
which is specifically tailored for your own individual needs.
The Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists is responsible for
maintaining standards throughout its members clinics, and is a
committee member of The Beauty Industry Authority, the lead body
responsible for beauty training standards in the UK.
